I main support in every game and I'm usually pretty good at it, but this is my first real MMO so only the fundamentals transferred over.I'm not a casual, I'm just bad at this game. I have sound on if you /t or emote at me. If you need help with anything or just want to chat, feel free to ask. Please give me ideas on what I can add to this card.

Oookay...
I roleplay, technically, I just haven't done it in XIV. Or if by the time you're reading this I have, then it wasn't enough to make me change this section of my card. You gotta ask yourself, why are you roleplaying? Why am I roleplaying? I come from ttrpgs and a lot of heavily plot-driven roleplays. If I'm not inserting myself into a scenario, then I'm a little clueless what my motivation as a participant is going to be.Until my skillset and philosophies change, you can treat this as your noobie warning. My character is better suited for others taking the lead anyways. Speaking of...
This is where I detail all my roleplay related beliefs. I normally ask questions and start a back and forth to figure out one another's preferences, but people seem to appreciate having all this stuff upfront, so here it is. I also understand it's a very long and demanding list. Compromise isn't off the table, but understand that at some point it might just be more effective to roleplay with others. If your question isn't answered below, ask and I might add it to the list.
I Don't Erp - Even if I wasn't in a relationship, even if I was comfortable with it, what are the odds we're compatible? Have your fantasies, but I'd rather not participate.
I Don't Use Third-Party Software - I won't judge you if you do, but in spite of my irreverence towards SE's modding policy, I don't like mods. Even if I used them, I'm too reserved to share them with you.
I Don't Like Rolling - Rolls are for resolving disputes. The only time a roll should be made is when it's ambiguous what the outcome should be. Is there any dispute that titan could beat you in a wrestling match? If there is, then I want you as my tank.
I Don't Roleplay a Warrior of Light - Kichi, for all her luck, isn't blessed. Infact most characters I roleplay are heavily disadvantaged. I tried to match the high fantasy of the setting, no more, no less. I hope to give sufficient justification for why Kichi can do the things that she does.
I Do Roleplay on Alternative Platforms - Mainly just Discord, unless you're inviting me to a proper campaign. Theatre of the mind as they say. Plus we can do play-by-post. I was never much for emotes.
I Do Allow Pictures - If you want to make g-poses of Kichi, I can't stop you. I'd even be interested in the final product. I accept all forms of art, even the grotesque or non-visual, but I ask you avoid content where lewd themes are the focus. Artistic nudity is one thing, but I must decline porn.
I Do Make Retcons - Not to an ongoing roleplay, of course. But each person has their own Kichi. The events of our roleplay won't make it into the stories of others unless we all play as a group.

Kichiko as the name suggests hails from Othard, across the ocean. Not having been born to the most prestigious of families, she instead comes from a lineage of weavers. Through dexterous hands they used to sew everything by needle, but with the invention of spinning wheels and looms, they've since transitioned to more advanced technologies. As Kichi was born after the implementation of such devices, she didn't have to get into weaving. Her family was ready to invest in her a life of new opportunities, but being that weaving was a point of pride and what most in the family were comfortable pursuing, Kichi followed suit and became a seamstress herself.Growing up, she was far from typical. Refusing to speak hardly makes for a strong first impression, so the children outside formed groups around her. Some would tease her knowing that she wouldn't fight back, others ran off with her to secluded areas to play undeterred. While the other kids tried to make sense of her, Kichi was in her own world, only coming out when other people would ask her to participate. She did find ways to convey meaning through hand gestures and writing, but her favorite expression was through actions. Even with her idle nature, she could impress others with a few simple tricks she learned weaving. Eventually those close to her would become her friends, and the tricks she would play with thread became textiles to fashion them with.Much later in life she would eventually take up her parents offer. Instead of becoming an adventurer though, she wanted to discover new fashions to weave, and learn them she would. She boards the first ship to Aldenard and her first steps into her new life.As it turns out, it was a simple wrong turn. Managing to hop aboard the wrong caravan, she finds herself on the path to Gridania; The home of the conjurers guild and now also her home. Such a mistake would not be overlooked by the guild, but by the time they realized they had an extra initiate, Kichi had already proven herself capable of restorative magics. In just her first lesson, what gestures would take days of practice, she could replicate within the few hours she'd been there. Preternatural mastery on the discipline is what granted her entry to the guild. After having gently carved out a spot for herself, she roamed the woods in search of elementals to quell, and those injured to heal. Through this she earns a reputation as a proficient healer and slowly accrues the gil to match. Months after her initial arrival, she has the funds to finally travel to her original destination, Ul'dah, the cultural center for weaving and all things that sparkle. With the Redolent Rose as her mentor, she would suffer to quickly learn the fashions of every member within the Eorzean Alliance, but not before falling into a trap.As it turns out, supply chains suffered all across Eorzea, not just her home. She's a proficient weaver, but to collect the resources she needs, she would have to become a botanist. Oh and the tools, she would have to become a smith to make those. And a carpenter, and alchemist, and you can't make an outfit without leatherworking. Needless to say, the curse of crafting befell her. While Ishgard was restored by others hands, if they had simply called Kichi, she would've had it done before next Heavensturn.A conjurer and a crafter, what would come next would be to anyone's surprise. After a chance encounter in the Twelveswood, Kichi found herself the wielder of white magics wielded by the Amdapori. As it turns out, there were secret arts reserved for only the most responsible healers. Disruptive to the flow of aether, the use of these holy spells could kill foe and environment alike. Even the user wasn't safe. The elementals would simply kill those imprudent enough to carelessly flourish such healing spells. By this point, bottles of curatives were what took up most the heft in Kichi's pockets. What wounds she could cure without magic paid off in her relations to the land. Weaving her skillsets together, she would earn herself the power of a real white mage.Choosing to help out in expeditions, what spells she had uncovered days prior would become a part of her basic toolkit. At other's behest, she would delve deeper with parties more competent and foes more dangerous. Her reptilian body scrambled for survival, and even without Hydaelyn's blessing, her mind was counter to primal influence.
